摘要
用加速溶剂萃取法(ASE)结合气质联用(GC—MS)分析检测葡萄酒中的甲霜灵残留,结果表明以正己烷:丙酮(1:1/V:V)为萃取溶剂,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间10min,萃取效果达到最佳水平。方法的平均添加回收率90.5%-101.2%,相对标准偏差1.46%-3.28%,检出限为0.01μg/mL。
This research is about the determination of metalaxyl in wine by ASE-GC-MS. From the result, we can see the parameters of extraction of metalaxyl in wines were n-hexane/acetone (1:1), extraction temperature 50℃, extraction time 10min were optimized by use of ASE-GC-MS. The recoveries are between 90.5%-101.2%, RSD 1.46%-3.28%, the limit of determination were 0.01μg/mL.
