摘要
本系统以W78E516B单片机为核心,采集SF6密度继电器中SF6气体的压力和温度值,然后依据Beattie-Bridgman状态方程,利用牛顿迭代法对这些数据进行处理,从而完成对SF6密度继电器在报警、闭锁动作时SF6密度值的测量,并自动换算成20℃时的对应标准压力值。该系统可以方便地、准确地对任意环境温度下的各种SF6密度继电器进行报警、闭锁性能校验。
The system is based on MCU W78E516B. It collects the value of pressure and temperature of SF6 gas in SF6 density relay. These data are subsequently handled by using Newton Iterative Method according to Beattie-Bridgman state equation. So the SF6 density can be measured when the SF6 density relay reaches its alarm or lock point, and the density can also be automatically converted to standard pressure at 20FFC. The alarm and lock characteristics at any temperature can be conveniently and exactly calibrated for all kinds of SF6 density relays by this system.
