摘要
作为数码复印机的原稿图像输入端,扫描成像单元及曝光单元在数码复印机中起着至关重要的作用。本文研究了曝光单元的送纸机构,分析了扫描机构光路长度及步进电机的传动机构,通过计算选择了适合的步进电机型号及相应的驱动芯片,设计了驱动电路。能够保证稳定的步进输出,为图像传感器(CCD)提供稳定的光学图像输入信号。
As the original image input of the digital copier, the scanning and imaging unit plays a very important role in the digital copier. This paper mainly researches the exposal unit mechanics, analyzes the distance of scanning optical path and the driver mechanics of step motor. The driver circuit is designed after calculating and choosing the proper step motor and corresponding driver chip. The steady step output supplies steady optical imagine input signals for CCD.
