摘要 本文介绍了一种替代传统水塔供水的基于PLC与变频器构成的恒压供水系统。系统采用变频调速方式自动调节水泵电机转速或加、减泵。可设置备用水泵,当运行中的水泵出现故障时报警,自动断开故障泵,投入备用泵,而投入备用泵按故障泵出现故障前的工作状态启动,保证不间断恒压供水。并能在系统断电恢复或蓄水池缺水恢复正常后自行启动。 This text introduced a kind of constant pressure supply water system which was composed of PLC and transducer instead of the traditional water tower supplies water. The system adopts the way of frequency conversion and adjustable rate to regulate automatically rotate speed of water pump electrical engineering or adds, reduces a pump. It can provide for use a set water pump arbitrarily, give an alarm when circulate medium of the water pump breaks down ,turn off a breakdown pump automatically, throw in back up to pump, spare pump which throws in an usage start to work according to the ex-breakdown, pledge constant pressure water supply continuously. The system cuts the power instauration or the reservoir can start by oneself after being short of water instauration normally.
