摘要
本文通过引入单片机解决了纸厂原有的液压控制回路开环不可控的问题,通过采用合理的PID闭环控制工程算法,很大程度上改善了系统品质。它具有良好的人机界面和可供通讯的功能,在实际应用中显示了一定的优越性。
The single-chip microcomputer is used in the hydraulic control loop of the paper factory, it can solve the problem of the traditional open and uncontrolled loop. With the new PID and closed loop, the system will become more and more stable. Because of the good human-machine interface and communication port, it will be widely used in the industrial.
