摘要 利用D-101大孔吸附树脂,采用比色法,对富集、纯化苜蓿总皂甙的工艺参数及吸附量的影响因素进行了初步研究.结果表明:当乙醇浓度为70%,吸附时间为2 h时,具有很好的富集、纯化效果;纯化前总皂甙含量为5.67%,纯化后总皂甙含量可达36.02%;并且D-101大孔吸附树脂具有较大的吸附容量,重复使用也可得到较高的吸附量. The effect of D-101 macroporous resin on purification and adsorption capacity of alfalfa sapo- nins was studied by colorimetry. The results show that alfalfa saponins content was elevated from 5.67% to 36.02% with the condition of 70% ethanol and adsorbing 2 hours. D-101 macroporous resin has better adsorption capacity, and higher adsorption capacity to reuse.
