摘要
欺骗性讯问具有十分重要的价值,但其存在的潜在性危险也不容忽视。正因为如此,世界各国对于欺骗性讯问容许性的态度存在着较大的差异。从比较法的角度来看,绝大多数国家对欺骗性讯问均给予了一定程度的容许性。对于应否容许欺骗性讯问以及容许的范围,我们应当采取比例原则进行审查判断。
It has very important value in the duplicity interrogation, but its potential and danger can＇t ignore either. Just because of this, the countries all over the world have greater differences in the attitude of the permitting study of duplicity interrogation. From the point of view of comparative law, the most countries give duplicity interrogation the permission of a certain degree. For permitting duplicity interrogation and the permitting rang, we should take the proportional principle to check and judge.
