从挫折—侵犯理论看农民工犯罪

在传统的"城乡二元分割"体制影响下,农民工在城市受到经济、文化等方面的排斥,其在城市的社会支持力量相当薄弱,而我们尚未建立一套新的与现代化建设相适应的能对农民工加以有效管理的制度。在此情况下,如果受挫的农民工不能客观、合理地分析自己所遇到的挫折,就有可能铤而走险,做出一些极端的行为。为此,必须改革现行的户籍制度,从根本上解决城市对农民工的排斥,降低农民工在城市受挫的机会;要增强农民工群体的社会支持力量,帮助农民工摆脱挫折;加强对农民工的心理健康教育,使其能正确看待挫折,增强心理抗挫能力。另外,还要完善法律法规,增强社会控制的力量,抑制农民工的犯罪冲动。

For this reason, we must reform the current household register system, solve the repelling to peasant worker of city fundamentally, reduce the chance that they are baffled in the city; strengthen social support of peasant＇s colonies, help peasant workers to get rid of the setback; strengthen the psychological health education to peasant worker, enable it to treat the setback correctly, strengthen the psychology and resist the ability of frustrating, in addition, should perfect the laws and regulations, strengthen the strength that the society controls, suppress the crime intention of peasant worker.
