摘要
建立水产品中强力霉素抗生素残留的快速检测方法。在弱碱性介质中,稀土离子La3+/Y3+与强力霉素反应形成浅黄色络合物,最大吸收波长为390—392nm,摩尔吸光系数ε值为1.49×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,标准溶液线性浓度范围均为0.44—8.86μg,/mL,鱼肉样品药物线性浓度范围为0.88—8.86/μg/mL,平均加标回收率为90.4%-106%;测定强力霉素为4.0μg/mL的实际样品,测定偏差为6.4%。
A rapid method of determination of doxycycline antibiotics in fisheries was established. In weak basic medum, rare earth elements react with doxycycline to form light yellow complexes. Maxium absorption peaks were located between 390-392nm. The linear ranges were between 0. 44 and 8.86μg/mL. The molar absorptivities were 1.49×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. In real fish samples,the linear relation ranged from 0. 88 to 8.86μg/ml.. The average recovery was between 90. 4% and 106%. It is available for quick determination of doxycycline antibiotic in fisheries.
