再谈新时期深圳改革开放的定位和方向

On Direction and Orientation of Shenzhen in Opening and Reform in the New Era

面对我国社会经济发展改革开放的新形势,党的十七大报告为深圳经济特区新的定位指明了方向。深圳具有国内其他城市所不具备的特殊优势,具有在政治体制改革方面进行"综合配套改革"的最佳条件,是国家新时期进行政治体制改革、建立社会主义新型民主法治社会的最理想试验地。本文就是从这个方面对深圳新时期的定位和方向做出新的思考和探索。

Face with the new situation in China＇s opening and reform, the CCP 17th National Congress Report made the new orientation of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in its development. Shenzhen has a particular advantage than the other parts of China, with the best conditions for ＂comprehensive reform＂ in polical reform. And thus it is the ideal experimental zone for China in political reform for a new type of society ruled of law in the new era. The present text explores the possible ways for achieving this goal.
