摘要
我国的三农问题多年来迟迟未能得到实质性解决,症结在于一直未能实质性地解决土地权益以及与之相关的土地战略流转问题。本文从我国三农问题的现状入手,深入分析了农村土地权益及战略流转问题的历史根源和现实困惑,提出了解决这些问题的新思路。
The reason rural issues remain unsolved for so many years is that the proper distribution of the rural land generated revenue remains unsolved fundamentally. The present text analyses the problems from the curent situation of the relevant issue and the historical origins and proposes the ways for tackling these problems.
