摘要
目的:建立鸡肝散提取物中3种有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法:用 HP-5毛细管气相色谱柱,顶空进样,FID 检测器,以标准溶液加入法进行计算。结果:乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇的线性范围分别为12.98~129.8μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996),21.60~216.0μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9993),62.70~627.0μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9994),回收率95.81%~104.2%,理论板数均大于13000,相邻峰的分离度均大于2,精密度、回收率 RSD 均小于10%。结论:本方法简单、准确,灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于鸡肝散提取物中有机溶剂残留量的测定。
Objective:To develope headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of residual organic solvents in Elsholtzia blanda extracts. Methods:The samples were injected into HP -5 capillary column by headspace sampler and analysed with FID detector with standard addition method. Results : The linear ranges of ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-butanol were 12.98 - 129. 8 μg· mL^-1( r = 0. 9996) ,21.60 -216. 0 μg · mL^-1( r = 0. 9993 ) and 62.70 -627.0 μg· mL^-1 (r =0. 9994). The rate of recovery was in the range of 95.81% - 104.2%. The numbers of theoretical plates were more than 13000 and the resolutions between the adjacent peaks were more than 2. The RSD of precision and accuracy were all less than 10%. Conclusions:The method is simple accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in Elsholtzia blanda extracts.
