HPLC determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Chenxianglubailu tablets

目的:建立 HPLC 法测定陈香露白露片中甘草酸的含量。方法:以 Hypersil C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-0.2 mol·L^(-1)醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67:33:1)为流动相;检测波长:250 nm。结果:甘草酸单铵盐进样量在0.22～2.20μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.3%,RSD 为1.2%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Chenxianglubailu tablets. Method： Hypersil C18 （4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm） column was used, methanol - 0. 2 mol · L^- 1 ammonium acetate solution - glacial acetic acid （67： 33：1 ） was used as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results：The linear range was 0. 22 -2.20 μg （r =0. 9999）. The average recovery was 102.3% ,RSD was 1.2% （n =5 ）. Conclusion：The method is simple and rapid. The results are accurate and reliable.
