摘要
根据Archard磨损理论推导牙轮钻头滑动轴承摩擦计算公式,在CVD装置中生成滑动轴承摩擦面上的TiN/TiSiN复合涂层,并通过万能摩擦磨损试验机进行试件试验。试验结果表明,TiN/TiSiN复合涂层可以有效提高牙轮钻头滑动轴承耐磨性,延长其使用寿命。
Based on Archard wear theory, this article brings forward the formula of sliding bearing of roller bit. There is TiN/TiSiN composite coating on the Surface of sliding bearing which is made in CVD device, and the wear resistance of sliding bearing is tested with omnipotence friction and wear machine, As a result, the composite coating can enhance the wear resistance of sliding bearing and extend its service time.
