摘要
在深井、超深井钻井过程中,套管磨损有可能导致套管封隔失效和油气井的早期报废。建立了深井钻杆与套管之间磨损模型,对深井套管磨损机理进行分析,研究钻杆本体与套管的接触情况,计算钻杆与套管之间的接触力。讨论了井眼曲率、套管钢级、钻杆轴向拉力、钻井时间对套管磨损的影响。应用所建的模型分析了不同因素对套管磨损厚度的影响,预测了深井套管磨损厚度。
In deep drilling process, casing wear is the problem that cannot be ignored. Casing wear may lead to cement sealing failure and oil and gas wells were early abandoned. Model of casing wear between drill pipe and casing was established, deep well casing wear, and contact between drill pipe and casing were analyzed, the effect on casing wear under different borehole curvature, steel grade, drill pipe axial tension, drilling time were discussed. Finally, the analysis was made on casing wear of deep well by the established model, deep casing wear thickness in different factors was predicted as well.
