水下独立钢桩打桩导向架的受力分析 被引量:4

摘要 导向架用于水下独立桩在海上进行插桩作业时的导向及打桩扶正。在吊桩、送桩和打桩施工过程中,导向架会受到多种力的作用,这些力将对导向架的强度和结构设计产生重要影响。在整个施工过程中考虑最长、最重桩对导向架的作用力,分析了导向架每一步的受力情况,并进行了受力计算。所得结果对导向架的强度分析和结构设计具有重要的指导作用。 The fast frame is used for guiding and uprighting when piling in the submarine. During hanging pile, following pile and driving pile the frame would be affected by multiple forces that would affect the intensity design and structure design of the frame. The frame, affected by the longest and heaviest pile, is analyzed and calculated in bearing force situation of every working step during construction process. The results play an important role in the intensity and structure design of the frame.
