细纱后区牵伸形式与重定量工艺的试验分析 被引量:15

摘要 探讨细纱后区牵伸控制方式对实施重定量工艺的影响情况和效果。在FA506型细纱机上采用3种后区牵伸形式对CJ 14.5 tex品种进行粗纱重定量试验。结果表明:粗纱定量由4.0 g/10 m增至6.4 g/10 m时,细纱后区V形牵伸与直线牵伸附加压力棒牵伸形式以及后区双胶圈牵伸形式的纺纱质量比原直线牵伸得到改善,但后区附加压力棒牵伸形式的成纱毛羽指标比后区双胶圈牵伸形式差。认为后区附加压力棒牵伸形式适宜在中低档产品上实施重定量工艺,后区双胶圈牵伸形式适宜在中细号纱和高档产品上实施重定量工艺。 Situation and efficiency that draft form in spinning back zone affected to heavy weight per unit were discussed, Roving weight per 10 m test of CJ 14.5 tex was carried out through 3 kinds of draft form in back zone in FAS06 spinning frame, The result shows that spinning quality of V type draft additional press bar and linear draft additional press bar in spinning back zone, double-apron draft form in back zone is improved when roving weight per 10 m was increased from 4.0 g/10 m to 6.4 g/10 m comparing to original linear draft. But yarn hairiness index of additional press bar draft form in back zone is worse than that of double-apron draft form in back zone, It is considered that additional press bar draft form is suitable to middle or low grade product in carrying heavy weight per unit, double-apron draft form in back zone is suitable to medium count or fine count yarn and top grade product in carrying heavy weight per unit.
