转杯纺重定量工艺优化

摘要 探讨转杯纺流程实施重定量工艺的效果。利用TQF268型转杯纺纱机纺制C 27.8 tex纱,在前纺配台紧张的情况下,进行了前纺加重定量的纺纱试验。结果表明:棉卷定量由380 g/m增加至450 g/m,生条定量由23.2 g/5 m增加至27.5 g/5 m,末并定量由18.5 g/5 m增加至23.9 g/5 m,纺制的C 27.8 tex转杯纱棉结略有增加,其他质量指标与传统工艺相当。指出:在转杯纺纱机生产能力提高的条件下,可以加重纺纱定量,同时要注意改善梳理质量,精细管理,以保证重定量工艺实现高质量、高效率生产。 The effect of practicing heavy weight per unit in rotor spinning was discussed. C 27.8 tex yarn was spun in TQF268 rotor spinning frame, in the condition of lacking pre-spinning equipment, test of adding heavy weight per unit in pre-spinning process was done. The result shows that after adding lap weight from 380 g/m to 450 g/m, increasing card sliver weight from 23.2 g/5 m to 27.5 g/5 m, enhancing finisher-drawing weight from 18.5 g/5 m to 23.9 g/5 m, neps of C 27.8 rex rotor yarn is increased a little but the other quality indexes are equivalent to traditional processing. It is pointed out that in production capacity of rotor spinning machine was improved, spinning weight per unit can be increased, at the same time carding quality should be noticed and improved, management should be considerate so as to ensure high-quality and high efficiency after adopting heavy weight per unit.
