摘要
为了顺利纺制棉毛包芯纱并提高成纱包覆效果,对细纱机进行改造,安装了适应毛纱的退绕机构和张力控制方式,推导出理论最小外包棉纤维的号数,计算出棉在包芯纱中体积含量为60%时的包芯纱号数及粗纱定量,并对细纱工艺参数进行了优化设计。结果表明:纺制51 tex(18.4 tex)棉毛赛络纺包芯纱,芯纱张力控制在33 cN^35 cN为宜;两根粗纱的喂入间距以小为宜;捻系数以小为宜,但不能低于280;前罗拉速度偏小掌握,在240 r/min^280 r/min;后区罗拉中心距尽量放大至63 mm,纺制出的棉毛赛络包芯纱包覆效果好。
To spin cotton wool core-spun yarn and improve covering effect of the yarn, spinning frame was reformed. Draw-back device suited to wool yarn and tension controlling device were installed. Minimum count of covering cotton fibre was derivatived in theory. Roving weight per 10 m and count of core-spun yarn with 60% volume content cotton were calculated: Spinning processing parameter was optimized in designing. The result shows that core yarn tension is appropriate in range of 33 cN-35 cN when spinning 51 tex ( 18.4 tex) cotton wool siro core-spun yarn. Feed distance of two roving is appropriate to be smaller, yarn twist factor is appropriate to be smaller but not less 280. Front roller speed is in range of 240 r/min-280 r/min. Covering effect of siro cotton wool core-spun yarn is better when back ratch is added to 63 mm.
