摘要 研究纳米SiO2对淀粉浆料上浆性能的影响。将纳米SiO2作为添加剂以不同比例加入到淀粉浆料中,在小型片纱上浆机上对不同线密度的纯棉及涤棉混纺纱进行上浆试验,通过对上浆前后纱线各项性能指标的测试分析,认为淀粉浆料中加入纳米SiO2后可以提高纱线的强力和耐磨性能。 Sizing property effect of nano-silica on starch size was studied. Nano-silica that was took as addition agent was put in starch size in different proportion, sizing test was carried on cotton yarn and polyester cotton blended yarn which have different linear density in sample sizing machine. After testing and analysing each property index before and after sizing yarn, it is considered that yarn strength and abrasion resistance property could be improved after adding nano-silica in starch size mixture.
