Application and Property of CD-DF525 Size Mixture

为了解CD-DF525浆料的性能及浆纱效果,对CD-DF525浆料的浆液、浆膜性能进行了测试分析,并对CD-DF525浆料的浆纱毛羽、浸透被覆情况、在浆纱生产实践中的应用情况进行了测试。结果表明:CD-DF525浆料具有较好的热粘度稳定性,对涤、棉纤维均具有较好的粘附性,浆纱耐磨性好,毛羽贴伏,可部分取代PVA,降低用浆成本且提高织机效率。

To know the property and sizing effect of CD-DF525 size mixture, its size and size film property were tested and analysed, its sizing hairiness, imbuing and coverage in sizing production were tested. The result shows that CD-DF525 size mixture have better thermo-viscosity stability, produce better adhesivity to polyester and cotton fibre, sizing abrasion resistance is better, hairiness is less. CD-DF525 size mixture could replace PVA partially, reduce sizing cost and improve loom efficiency.
