摘要 为了在棉纺设备上顺利纺制中长粘胶纤维针织股线产品,以R 19.7 tex×2品种为例,针对粘胶纤维长度较长、强力较低的特点,对纺纱工艺进行了优化配置试验。结果表明:开清工序采取轻打、多松、少排的工艺;梳棉工序要加强纤维转移,严格控制车间温湿度;并条、粗纱与细纱工序采取紧隔距、重加压、强控制的工艺技术措施,保证了顺利牵伸,成纱质量达到要求。 To spin medium staple viscose knitting ply yarn in cotton spinning machine successfully, R 19.7 tex × 2 ply yarn was took as example, spinning processing was tested and optimized according to viscose fibre characteristic i. e. fibre length is longer and strength is lower. The result shows that slight beating more opening and less layout process should be adopted in picking process, fibre transfer and workshop moisture and temperature should be enhanced respectively and controlled strictly. Smaller gauge heavier pressure and strict controlling should be adopted in drawing, roving and spinning process so as to guarantee draft successfully and better yarn quality.
