The culture of harmony, the soul of Chinese traditional culture, has profound influence on Chinese multilateral diplomatic thought. From the aspect of traditional culture of harmony, such as ＂harmony is valuable＂, ＂mutual respect＂, ＂harmonious but different＂ and ＂harmonious in all countries＂ , this paper analyzes the symbiosis, equality, variety and autonomy of Chinese multilateral diplomatic thought. The struggle target of the thought is to construct harmonious society. The thought is a great contribution of Chinese traditional culture to the whole world.
