Bakhtin＇s chronotope theory is an important novel theory of his theories. Chronotope theory＇s connotation includes the mutual contradiction and transformation between time and space, and the control of chronotope over other factors in a novel. That Bakhtin didnt find out the cause of chronotope and that he neglected reader＇s action are the two defects of Chronotope theory. Einstein＇s connotation of time and space and Bakhtin＇s dialogue theorical are the main ideological basics of chronotope theory.
