摘要
高利贷自我国封建社会建立初,就一直以不同的方式发展演变,到元朝随着"斡脱钱"的出现,高利贷被提高到了一个更高的层次,其发展与盛行得到了与一般商业同等的合法地位,而且成为一种重要的商业活动。
Usury, which developed and changed in different forms since the establishment of fudal society of China, developed to a higher level with the appearance of Wotuo coin in Yuan Dynasty. Its developing and prevailing ont only got legal protection like general commerce but also became an important commercial activity.
