摘要 蔗糖和油酸甲酯为原料,采用无溶剂两步法合成蔗糖多酯,应用响应面分析法对蔗糖多酯合成工艺条件进行优化。得出最佳合成条件为:反应物摩尔比11.79、催化剂用量2.06g、反应温度138.06℃、反应时间5.80h,在此条件下合成蔗糖多酯的产率为97.2%。 Disaccharides and long chain fatty acids are used as raw materials to directional and controllable synthesize emulsifier, which is one of routes of effectively using low-value agricultural raw materials. Its realization methods include the enzyme method, the physical-assisted method and chemical synthesis method. Sucrose polyester was synthesized with methyl oleate and sucrose. The optimum reaction conditions are: methyl oleate/sucrose = 10 (mol/mol); catalyzer is 2.06 g; reaction temperature is 138.06℃ ; reaction time is 5.80 h. The product yield reached 97.2%. The result indicated that synthesis of sucrose polyester by two-step method has high-yield.
