摘要
采用卷式超滤膜对干酪素生产废水进行了回收酪蛋白的中试实验,研究了卷式超滤膜在回收工艺中的温度、压力、流速、浓度与膜通量和酪蛋白截留率之间的关系。实验证明,卷式超滤膜对干酪素生产废水中的蛋白质的截留率大于90%,单位面积的透水量大于平板式超滤膜,清洗效果好。
The casein recovery from casein technology waste waters by the spiral ultrafiltration membrane was experimentally studied in middle - sized. The relationship between temperature, pressure, current velocity, concentration with permeate flux and retention rates of casein were studied. Experimental results proved that the retention of casein of this system was over 90%. Unit area permcating water amount was more than the plate ultrafiltration membrane. It is good to wash effect.
