转子热弯曲的分析与诊断

Analysis and diagnosis of the thermal bending of rotors.

提出了判定转子热弯曲故障的基于全息谱分析和时频分析的方法，并在石家庄炼油厂烟气轮机转子发生的热弯曲故障的诊断中得到了验证。故障排除后，转子振动得到控制并实现了机组的正常工作。

Based on the holospetro analysis and time frequent analysis, a method for delermining the thermal bending faults of rotors was proposed,and the method was verified in a diagnosis of thermal bending faults of gas turbine rotors in the Shijiazhuang Oil Refinery.The vibration of rotors was controlled and normal work of the set was realized after the fault was overcome.
