摘要
应用硫酸氢钾催化肉桂酸与异丁醇的酯化反应,合成了肉桂酸异丁酯。研究结果表明,硫酸氢钾具有较高的催化活性。考察了肉桂酸/异丁醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间对酯产率的影响,以及催化剂的重复使用性能。在典型反应条件(肉桂酸/异丁醇/硫酸氢钾的摩尔比=1∶10∶0.37,回流3 h)下,所得肉桂酸异丁酯的产率为87.0%。该催化剂易于回收且可重复使用。
Iso-butyl cinnamate was synthesized by the esterifiestion of iso-butanol with cinnamic acid with the presence of potassium bisulfate monohydrate.The obtained results showed that the potassium bisulfate monohydrate had high catalytic activity for the esterification reaction.The effects of the molar ratio of cinnamic acid to iso-butanol,the catalyst amount,and the reaction time on the yield of iso-butanol and catalysis activity of reused catalysts had been studied.Under the optimum conditions,the ester yield reached 87.0 %(the molar ratio of cinnamic acid/iso-butanol/potassium bisulfate=1∶10∶0.37,refluring 3h).Bisulfate monohydrate catalyst could be easily recovered and reused.
