摘要
根据表面活性剂知识,采用HLB值法筛选和复配乳化剂。观察乳化燃料油离心分离后出水情况,显微镜观察其内部水颗粒状况,分析乳化燃料油的稳定性,以稳定性为依据,选择复配乳化剂及其HLB值,并确定合理的乳化加工工艺;对影响乳化燃料油的因素进行分析。
Accorded to the knowledge of surfactants,the emulsifiers were selected and mixed by the rule of Hydrophile-Lipophile-Balance(HLB) value.After centrifugal separated,it could see the water was separated out or not,and its structures were determined by microscope observation,so the stability could be analyzed.Based on the stability,the emulsifiers were selected and mixed;the HLB value was also selected.Next,reasonable produce process was determined.The influence factors of emulsion fuel oil were discussed.
