摘要
以十二烯基丁二酸(T746)和二乙醇胺为原料合成了十二烯基丁二酸二乙醇酰胺防锈剂,探讨了原料质量配比、反应温度、反应时间等对产品性质的影响。合成产品性能的最佳条件是:原料配比为1∶2,在隔绝空气的条件下,升温至140℃左右,反应时间4 h。在此条件下合成产品,并配制溶液对其防锈性能及表面活性进行测定,试验结果表明,此产品具有良好的防锈性能,适合于多种金属材料的多种加工工业。
Applied dodecencylsuccinic acid and diethanolamine as raw materials, dodecencylsuccinic acid diethanolamide was prepared. The ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and time that affect the product properties were investigated. The optimum synthetical conditions were: the materials ratio was 1:3, airless temperature rising to 140 ℃ for 4 h. The antirust performance and surface activity of the product were determined, the results were good and the product was fit for many machining proess of many metal materials.
