摘要
选用丹参为原料,首先使用各种单一的溶剂对同一批次丹参和不同批次的丹参进行提取,研究了各提取物对酪氨酸酶的激活作用,得到的乙醚提取物对酪氨酸酶的激活效果最好,但提取率很低;而先以甲醇为提取剂,再用乙醚得到的乙醚萃取物不仅对酪氨酸酶的激活率最高,且提取率大大高于丹参的乙醚直接提取物;然后使用各种混合溶剂提取丹参,并研究各提取物对酪氨酸酶的激活率,但激活率并不高。
Choosing salvia miltiorrhiza as raw materials, firstly, extraction process was carried out by several different solvents. Each extraction materials to the activating ratio of tyrosinase were examined carefully. It was proved that the ethyl ether extract had better activating ratio of tyrosinase, but lower extracting ratio. Secondly, choosing methanol and ethyl ether as extracting agent in order, the extract had not only good activating ratio of tyrosinase, but also high extracting ratio, which was better than salvia miltiorrhiza's ethyl ether extract only. At last, extraction process was carried out by several mixed solvents and the corresponding extraction materials to the activating ratio of tyrosinase were low.
