摘要
结合溶解度参数(δ)研究了超临界CO_2的溶剂功能和提高溶剂强度的途径。同时综述了超临界CO_2加工天然产品过程中的各种影响因素,讨论了克服生物母体束缚作用、提高天然产品萃取率与选择性的各种措施。
The solvating power of supercritical CO_2 and the practical approaches to increasing its solvent strength are studied from the standpoint of the solubility parameter (δ).The various factors affecting the extractivity of the desired components in processing natural products with supercritical CO_2 are reviewed.The strategies for overcoming the biological matrix effects and for increasing the extractivity and selectivity of the desired components are also discussed.
