摘要 目的:探讨临床护士职业生涯不同阶段的规划与管理的方法。方法:以美国著名人力资源管理专家加里·德斯勒提出的职业生涯发展理论为基点,结合临床护理专业的实际,将临床护士职业生涯的发展分为职业确定、稳步发展、职业中期危机和维持4个阶段,并结合各阶段护士心理契约的特点,阐述了各个不同阶段职业生涯的规划与管理策略。结果:护士职业生涯不同阶段的规划与管理不仅有利于护士找准自己的人生目标,尽快成才,还能促进护士的全面发展与提高。结论:现代护理管理中,应加强护士职业生涯的规划与管理,促进护士职业生涯规划目标的实现和提高组织绩效。 Objective: This paper aimed to explore the ways on how to design and manage the nursing professional career plan at different stages, Method: In the light of the theory of professional career development by Gary.Desster, a famous expert on human resource management in US, as well as the characteristics of Clinical nursing profession, the nursing professional career plan is divided into four stages, such as confirmation, development, metaphase crisis and maintenance. In addition, the strategies on how to design and manage the nursing career plans at different stages were addressed according to the characteristics of psychological contract at each stage. Results: With the design and management of the nursing professional career plan at different stage, the nurses could find the exact goal of their life and grow up as soon as possible. In addition, it also could facilitate the nurse's complete improvement. Conclusion: It is suggested that it is essential to enhance the design and management of nursing professional career plan in modern nursing administration, thereby to promote career plan to make true and increase the service outcome.
