摘要
为改进传统教学模式和提高临床教学质量,作者在见习课中引入了以问题为基础讨论式方法(PBL)、模拟诊疗法、布白法、模拟人现场操作4种教学方法。对参与教改的75名学生进行问卷调查和考试测评,并与传统教学方法对比。结果大多数学生认为新的教学方法在提高学习效率、激发学习兴趣、提高实际动手能力等方面优于传统教学法。
To overcome the disadvantages of the traditional models of clinical practice and improve clinical teaching quality,a combination of lout teaching modes with Problem-Based Learning( PBL),Simulating Diagnosis and Treatment, Blank Leaving, Operation on simulator were applied among 75 students. A contrast was made by the control group. Questionnaires and test result show that this mode proves to be superior to traditional teaching mode in improving the learning efficlency,stimulating of learning interesting, and enhancement of abilities of practicing.
