摘要
超临界流体,特别是超临界CO2,是良好的萃取剂,近30年来被广泛地应用于食品工业.本文综述了超临界流体萃取技术在茶叶加工上的研究和应用进展.
Supercritical fluid, especially supercritical CO2, is a fine extraction solvent. It has been widely applied in food industry in the last 30 years. The authors summarize the progress made in the application of supercritical fluid extraction technology to tea processing.
