磨床磨头升降机构蜗杆减速器优化设计

摘要 建立了蜗杆减速器优化设计数学模型,并采用非线性离散变量组合形的优化设计方法,对磨床磨头升降机构减速器进行了优化计算,取得了最佳设计方案.该方案与原设计相比较,减速器的心部重量减少了48.4%.该方案对现有磨床磨头升降机构蜗杆减速器的改进设计具有实际意义.同时,对其它类型减速器的优化设计具有指导意义. The mathematical model of worm decelerator is established. Meanwhile, by means of the optimal method of nonlinear discretevariable combination, the optimization calculation of the decelerator used in lift mechanism of grinder’s grinding head is realized, and the optimal plan is obtained. Compared to the old one, the internal weight of the decelerator reduces 48.4%. The plan has practical meaning to improve design of old decelerators used in the lift mechanism of grinder’s grilnding head, and the method has guiding meaning to the design of other decelerators.
