摘要 介绍近十年来互连线时延领域的主要研究方法,并指出存在的问题及将来值得进一步探索的课题和方向。 This paper presents a whew of widely-used approaches in the interconncetion delay analysis and optimization for integrated cheuits design during the last decade. It the points out problems which remain to be solved, and possible future Work which is worth doing.
