摘要
根据差示扫描量热(DSC)测试原理建立动力学方程,利用动力学方程和动力学参数进一步得到固化反应程度、固化反应温度以及固化反应时间三者之间的关系,在理论上确定该材质合理的固化工艺参数。
The cure kinetic equation of graphite filled and themosetting heat-conductive plastics is established by DSC. Curing reachon activation energy, reaction order and pre-exponential factor are obtained. Further, the relationship among curing degree, curing temperature and curing time is given,and the reasonable parameters for curing process of heat-conductive plastics are determined theoretically.
