多目标模糊数群组期望决策方法

GROUP EXPECTATION DECISION MAKING OF THE MULTI OBJECTIVE FUZZY NUMBER

针对一类既包含定量目标又包含定性目标的多目标群决策问题，专家们给出定性目标和权的语言变量评价，将其用模糊数表示，再把各专家对各方案在单一目标下的评价模糊数聚合成群评价模糊数．本文给出一种把单目标下群评价模糊数转化成群“期望”的方法，通过把各方案在各个目标下的群“期望值”相加，按群“期望和”的大小，给出方案集的群排序．

To solve the multi objective group decision problems concerning both the quantitative and the stationary objectives,experts have given evaluations on the linguistic variant of the stationary objective and weight.The evaluations are represented by fuzzyy numbers,The paper aggregates each evaluation fuzzy number for a single objective into a group evaluation fuzzy number.A methed is used to change the group evaluation fuzzy number for a single objective into the group “expectation”.By adding the group “expectation value” of each plan for each objective,it arranges the group order of the collection of the plans according to the quantity of the group “expectation sum”.
