摘要
研制了1种新的用于上消化道功能疾病研究诊断的动态多生理参数记录分析系统.此系统借助置于体内的传感器导管和便携式记录盒,对胃酸、食道酸、心电进行24h动态连续记录监测,记录结束后,将数据传输给计算机进行分析.文章论述了传感器、记录器、数据分析等关键技术;给出了新研制的多参数集成的传感器导管的原理、结构及性能;介绍了记录器的结构和功能;讨论了数据分析、信号处理的方法和过程.胃液抽取法和动态监测法对照的动物实验证实了技术的可靠性.
A new dynamic multi parameter recording and analyzing system is developed for the diagnosis of functional diseases in upper digestive tract. This system records stomach acidity, esophageal acidity and electrocardiogram simutenously and dynamically, under normal physiological conditions. The key techniques are discussed. The structure and character of a new developed micro multi parameter transducer probe are presented; the recorder and data analysis are also described in detail. Animal experiments and clinical applications show that this technique is valuable in the research on the digestive physiology and the diagnosis of functional diseases such as non cardiac chest pain.
