摘要
目的:研究补充番茄红素及运动对人体血清自由基代谢的影响。方法:将28名体育学院男生随机分为4组(每组7人):E1,E2,C1和C2,四个组再进一步分为两个组,即实验组E1和E2,对照组C1和C2。其中实验组以中等剂量补充番茄红素胶囊14天(每天摄入番茄红素25mg),对照组服用安慰剂14天,检测每组受试者在服药前及服药2周后,血清SOD、GSH-PX、T-AOC和MDA等指标的均值,然后所有受试者在服药14天后在Monark功率自行车上进行急性大强度运动,C1和E1的运动强度为90%VO_2max,C2和E2组全力骑功率自行车30s×3/间歇3 min,负荷为0.075kg/kg体重。运动后即刻,再次抽血检测受试者血清SOD、GSH—PX、T-AOC和MDA等指标的变化状况。结果:中等剂量(25mg/d)服用番茄红素胶囊14天,可以显著提高机体血清内抗氧化酶的活性,并减少脂质过氧化物MDA的浓度。急性大强度运动不论是有氧运动还是无氧运动,运动后即刻都可以使人体血清内自由基产生增多、抗氧化酶活性降低。预先补充番茄红素,可以使人体内血浆番茄红素浓度升高,从而降低急性大强度运动后人体血清脂质过氧化物MDA增高的幅度,并减少抗氧化酶的消耗。结论:中等剂量服用番茄红素胶囊14天,可以提高人体的抗氧化能力并降低急性大强度运动后人体血清脂质过氧化物MDA增高的幅度、减少抗氧化酶的消耗。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of lycopene supplement and high-intensity exercise on human serum in free radical metabolism. Twenty-eight healthy male students from physical education college were randomly divided into E1 、 E2 group and C1 、C2 group (n= 7). The control group (ClandC2), the experiment group (E1andE2), El andE2 supplied with lycopene capsule (which is equivalent to an intake of 25 mg/day in humans. All tests took high-intensity exercise after 14 days on the Monark bike. C1 and C2 group performed an exhaustive test on bike at a final speed grade, approximately 90% VO2max. The other test performed the 30s × 3min’ s interval anaerobic exercise on the Monark bike (the load was 0. 075kg/kg weigh). Finally, we will determine antioxidant enzymes activities, such as glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), superoxide dismutase (SOD), T-AOC and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, the marker of extent of lipid peroxidation in blood samples. The result showed that the antioxidant enzymes activities of human serum in lycopene group (E1andE2) significantly increased compared with control group after 14 days ’ supplement with lycopene before exercise. Exhaustive exercise resulted in a significant increase in MDA content of serum. There was no significant difference in the MDA content and antioxidant enzymes activity after two kind of exercise. Obviously, lycopene does protect human tissue after exhaustive exercise from oxidation. Lycopene is good for oxidative stress in human body after high-intensity exercise and reduces the consumption of the body oxydase.
