摘要
目的:胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和肌肉生长抑制素(Myostatin)分别为肌肉质量的正负调控因子,二者在运动中表达变化的规律还不清楚。旨在探讨急性运动对骨骼肌Myostatin和IGF-1表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠分为运动组和对照组。运动组大鼠进行跑台坡度5°的上坡跑,速度20 m/min,60 min/次的一次性跑台运动后12h,采用RT—PCR方法测定腓肠肌Myostatin mRNA和IGF-1 mRNA的表达。结果:运动组大鼠骨骼肌IGF-1 mR- NA表达显著上升,Myostatin mRNA表达显著下降。结论:急性运动后Myostatin mRNA和IGF-1 mRNA表达发生反向的变化,提示二者可能以相反的作用共同参与肌肉对运动适应的调控。
Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and myostatin is positive and negative regulator of muscle mass respectively,both regular of change in exercise is unclear. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise on the expression of IGF-1 and myostatin in skeletal muscle. Using RT-PCR, IGF-1 mRNA and myostatin mRNA of muscle in SD rats were measured at 12 hours after a treadmill exercise with 5°incline, 20m/min, 60min/time. The result showed that IGF-1 mRNA increased significantly, and myostatin mRNA decreased significantly in skeletal muscle in exercise group. It concluded that change of increased IGF-1 mRNA and decreased myostatin mRNA was induced by exercise. The data suggested that IGF- 1 and myostatin could be involved in the regulation of adaptation of muscle to exercise with opposite effect.
