An Analysis of Discourse Principle in the Course of Discourse Transmission

本文论述了话题-述题结构模式在话语信息传输过程中的特征以及话语原则在言语交际中的功能,阐述了话语原则的组成及其在控制语言结构和语用推理方面的作用。指出:话语原则作为语言的一项心理原则,体现了话题-述题对语言结构形式在交际中的作用机制,解释了话语的语法化过程及传输的认知心理过程。

This paper discusses the characteristics of TC model in the transmission of discourse and the function of the discourse principle. It also analyzes the composition of the discourse principle and its effects in control of linguistic structures and in guiding pragmatic inference. It is concluded that being one linguistic-psycological principle, the discourse principle is used to explain the basic mechanism of communication and to explain the process of formalization and cognition.
