摘要 罗宾逊的《谁翻译》一书参照多个学科的理论,从形象化的比喻入手,对影响译者主体性的各种因素进行了分析,揭示了理性主义翻译观的局限性,构建了解构主义的译者主体性理论模式。该书至少有三个方面的新意,可以帮助我们进一步认识译者主体性,了解理性主义在翻译实践及理论研究中的影响及局限性,并更好地理解一些翻译理论。 With the help of examples and theories from several academic deseiplines, Douglas Robinson makes a bold exploration in Who Translates into the various forces working on translator subjectivities. His ruthless attack on rationalism as shown in translations and translation studies leads him to a deconstructive model of translator subjectivities. Original in at least three aspects, Who Translates enables translators and translation scholars to better understand some translations, translation theories and translator subjectivities, and realize the limitations of rationalism in translation.
