摘要 降钙素原是甲状腺C细胞分泌的降钙素的前体蛋白,此文就降钙素原的合成、细胞来源、生理功能及其在急性胰腺炎并发感染的诊断、早期评估病情等应用价值作一综述。 Procalcitonin,the precursor of calcitonin, is produced by C-cells of the thyroid gland. This article reviews the biosynthesis,resourses,physiological actions of procalcitonin. We also review the role of procalcitonin in the diagnosis of infected pancreatic necrosis and the early evaluation of acute pancreatitis.
