美国大学校长领导能力开发及启示研究

摘要长期以来,为社会各领域培养人才的大学忽视了自身人力资源、尤其是高级管理者的管理能力开发。大学校长不仅对大学而且对整个社会来说都是极其宝贵的人力资源。开发他们的领导能力对现代大学的发展具有重要的意义。借鉴美国大学发展的经验,我国大学应高度重视校长管理与领导能力的开发。
