2007年12月29日全国人大常委会第三十一次会议审议通过了《劳动争议调解仲裁法》，这是继《劳动合同法》、《就业促进法》后，又一部完善劳动法律制度、构建和谐劳动关系的重要法律。
At its 31^st session held in Beijing on December 29, 2007, the .Standing Committee of the 10^th National People＇s Congress （NPC）- China＇s national legislature-reviewed and adopted the Law of the People＇s Republic of China on the Mediation and Arbitration of Labor Disputes, which is yet another important law intended to improve the labor law system and develop harmonious labor relations in China, following the enactment of the Labor Contract Law and the Law on Employment Promotion.
