老年病人营养评估方法的系统性回顾分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着世界上越来越多的国家进入老龄化社会,老年人的健康问题已越来越受到人们的关注。由于老年人的多个重要脏器功能贮备明显减少,内环境的稳定性显著下降,以及各种急慢性疾病短期或长期影响,营养不良在老年人中有较高的发生率,据统计在家庭居住老年人中营养不良发生率达5%~10%,在住院或经常入院的老年人中则高达30%~60%。营养不良严重影响心肺等重要脏器功能和机体免疫功能,最终将导致病人住院天数、住院费用及病死率增加。因此老年病人的营养状况应该引起病人以及医护人员的高度重视。
