抑郁症状对老年血液透析患者治疗依从性的影响

Influence of depression on senile patients＇ treatment compliance during suatainable hemodialysis

目的研究老年血液透析患者的抑郁症状对治疗依从性的影响。方法选择45例老年血液透析患者,进行Zung抑郁自评量表评分,根据结果分为抑郁组及非抑郁组。在组间比较服药、遵守透析方案、控制液体摄入、运动等治疗依从性的差异。结果老年血液透析患者抑郁发生率为55.56%,治疗不依从率为86.67%;抑郁组与非抑郁组老年血液透析患者在服药、遵守透析方案、控制液体摄入、运动等治疗依从性方面比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论老年血液透析患者中抑郁的发病率较高,治疗依从性较差,抑郁是影响患者治疗依从性的一项因素,在提高患者的治疗依从性的干预方案中应包括改善患者的抑郁症状的措施。

Objective To explore the effect of depression on the senile patients＇ treatment compliance during suatainable hemodialysis.Methods 45 senile patients who received hemodialysis regularly was investigated with Zung＇s self-rating depression scale（SDS）.According to SDS score,they were divided into depression group and non-depression group.The treatment compliance,hemodialysis,fluid intake and exercise were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of depression and noncompliance of the senile patients were 55.56% and 86.67% respectively.There were significant difference in treatment compliance,hemodialysis,fluid intake,and exercising between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions High incidence of depression and low treatment compliance exist in the senile patients who received hemodialysis regularly.Since depression is a factor that effects their treatment compliance,the measures to reduce their depression should be considered in order to enhance the treatment compliance.
